Birdwood Sanctuary Estate is supplied with town water from the Toowoomba Regional Council.  Additionally each house will have rainwater available for gardens and some house use as legally required.

The Toowoomba Regional Council area does have some water restrictions in place.

The Winenhoe-Cresswell pipeline is now in place an operating and Toowoomba Regional Council residents are assured of water from the SEQ grid.
